The 30-Night Risk-Free Trial

We believe in the Pillowash Crisp Pillow because we sleep on it ourselves. That's why every order comes with a 30-night money-back guarantee: sleep on it — and machine-wash it following the care instructions — for up to 30 nights, starting the day it's delivered. If it's not right for you, send it back for a full refund.

One tip first: give your body time. A new pillow can feel different for the first week or two, so we suggest sleeping on it for at least 15 nights before you decide.

What we need for a return

  • The pillow comes back complete (all three layers: outer pillowcase, inner cover, and core), clean, and completely dry — free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage beyond normal trial use.
  • Its sewn-in tags, care labels, and original packaging are intact (please keep all sewn-in tags and care labels attached; returns with removed tags or missing layers cannot be accepted).
  • Your order number as proof of purchase.
  • You start the return within 30 nights of delivery.

How to start a return

Email support@pillowash.com with your order number and a quick note on why it didn't work out (it helps us build a better pillow), or call customer support at +1 (213) 728-7530 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM EST). We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

  • If your pillow arrived damaged or defective, or there's a quality problem — we cover return shipping.
  • If you're returning for personal preference, or the pillow was damaged by accident or misuse — return shipping is on you.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days and email you a confirmation. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take another 5–10 business days to show up on your statement.

If it's been longer than that and you still don't see it, check with your bank first, then email us — we'll track it down.

Exchanges and warranty

Every Pillowash Crisp Pillow is covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect shows up, email us a photo and your order number, and we'll replace your pillow with the same model, free. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not normal wear, accidents, or misuse.

Canceling an order

Need to cancel before it ships? Email us as soon as possible at support@pillowash.com or call +1 (213) 728-7530 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM EST). Once an order has shipped, it falls under the 30-night trial above.
